The HYM Investment Group and its partner are a step closer to building labs and housing on a nearly eight-acre, city-owned Roxbury parcel after reaching an agreement with the Boston Planning and Development Agency that covers rent and more.Back in January, the BPDA’s board tentatively designated HYM and My City at Peace as the developers of the Tremont Street property across from Boston police headquarters. HYM and its partner plan on nearly 700,000 square feet of life sciences space and 466 apartment and condo units there, as well as cultural and retail uses like a museum for the nonprofit Embrace Boston.
