By Gower’s estimation, online crowdfunding platforms that focus on real estate are fielding as few as 10% of the deals they were offering at the peak. While there is no definitive data set that details how much business has fallen, a Bisnow analysis found that the number of new offerings available on the major sites is way down from peak years.
