The project would include over 1,800 residential units, 3.5M SF of R&D/office space, a 588-key hotel, and 200,000 SF of retail/restaurant space. The development would also feature significant public realm improvements, including seven new dedicated open spaces, comprising a total of approximately 8.0 acres, and a new street network with on-street parking
