According to a project notification form filed with the city, Nordblom Company proposes building a 338-unit residential building at 83 Leo M. Birmingham Parkway.
The project would have 175 below-grade parking spaces for residents. The unit mix would comprise 125 studios, 157 one-bedrooms, 49 two-bedrooms, and seven three-bedroom units. The project would have 57 affordable housing units.
The site covers about 2 acres and lies west of Boston Landing, the New Balance headquarters, and Allston Yards. The project is also about a half mile from the MBTA commuter rail station and has bus routes within its vicinity.
