Three months after Gov. Maura Healey filed a massive, $4.12 billion housing bond bill which would provide funding for numerous programs to address the housing crisis in Massachusetts, the governor is pushing for legislative approval.In a hearing before the Joint Committee on Housing Thursday, Healey testified before legislators and a packed auditorium of supporters about the impact the bill would have on easing the burden of high housing costs across the commonwealth.
