The Zoning Board of Appeal yesterday rejected a proposed 70-unit apartment building on D Street, roughly midway between the Andrew Square and Broadway T stops, after residents and US Rep. Stephen Lynch and City Councilor Ed Flynn said the proposal would only exacerbate what they said was South Boston’s parking and traffic crisis because it doesn’t have enough parking. Read more.
