Massachusetts federal lawmakers announced new funding for housing projects to address what has emerged as one of the state’s most pressing issues.The Massachusetts Congressional delegation announced $155 million in new funding is headed to the state from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All that money will be divided up between 38 communities.
